The Bokaro Steel City College is a prestigious constituent college located in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Admission procedure at Bokaro Steel City College is conducted in a manner that deserving candidates are selected on the basis of academic merit and qualifying examination performance. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: The B.Ed program at Bokaro Steel City College has an authorized intake of 100 students. BA: Bokaro Steel City College offers BA programs in various subjects including Psychology, History, Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, Hindi, English, and Urdu. These programs generally admit on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 examination. Candidates from any stream (Arts, Science, or Commerce) can apply for BA programs.

B.Sc: The college provides B.Sc programs in Mathematics, Zoology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Botany, Physics, and Biotechnology. Admission would be according to marks obtained in 10+2 with Science. Candidates should have studied the relevant subjects in their 10+2 education.

BBA and BCA: For the admission to BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application), the professional courses, is on the basis of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. The college may conduct some further entrance tests/interviews for these programs.

M.Sc and MA: With the admission for the post-graduate programs such as M.Sc Mathematics and MA History generally granted based upon merit with regard to the marks obtained at the relevant bachelor degree, the college may conduct entrance tests/interviews for the PG course admissions.
