The college has a separate boys hostel for the students who come from out of station. The BITS Hammam hostels are well-furnished and have comfortable accommodations for boys. The management at the hostel will provide all essential facilities for the students including separate beds, attached bathrooms, and delicious food. 

The college has separate hostels for girls who are staying away from their parents. The BITS Khammam hostels have comfortable beds, attached bathrooms, and nutritious food. Hostels are very secure for girls as they provide lady wardens for their safety.  

The college has a centralised library facility for the students which includes many books and research papers in which are more than 27 thousand-volume books and around 150 national and international journals. BITS Khammam Library is open during regular hours.

The college has sports facilities for the students which include a huge playground where they can play indoor and outdoor games. BITS Khamma sports facilities allow students to play various games such as football, basketball, cricket, kho-kho, and volleyball. 

The college has an excellent I.T. infrastructure with equipped laboratories, a modern computer centre, spacious auditoriums, furnished classrooms, seminar halls, and workshops. 

The BITS Khammam facilities include a modern cafeteria facility which provides hygienic food for the students. The cafeteria at the college serves a hot mid-day meal for the students and also provides various food options in both veg and non-veg.

The college has an auditorium facility for the students where they can conduct events, seminars, and workshops.

The college has a separate bus facility for the students and staff.  There are fleet of new and modern buses that help students pick them up from home and drop them off after completing college.

The college has a 24/7 Wi-Fi facility for the students with high-speed internet. Students can access the internet from the entire campus. 

The BITS Khammam facilities include departmental laboratory facilities where they have separate labs for  Computer,  Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Pharmacy. They have modern equipment for conducting experiments.
