Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, no N.E.E.T is not compulsory examination for admissions in B.Sc Nursing course there is other entrance examination for entrance in B.Sc nursing.
Some of the entrances are:

AFMC - Armed forces Medical College
- PPMET - Punjab para Medical test for BSC nursing
- AIIMS - BSC nursing Admission Test
- Banaras Hindu university - BSC nursing test
- CMC Ludhiana- entrance test for BSC nursing.
