The Brilliant College of Education, is a affiliated college situated in the district of Thiruvarur of Tamil Nadu, India which was started in the year 2014. This co-educational institution recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is a collective specialised in educational programmes. Spread over just 1.18 acres of land, the college presently offers admission to a total 196 students and has 16 faculty members. Brilliant College of Education offers two separate courses promoting excellence in education through its B.Ed and integrated B.Sc B.Ed programme.

Brilliant College of Education has different facilities that are aimed at improving the learning practices of the college students. The library, one of the important sources of academic information should mention that the collection contains more than 3000 books on different topics. For the co-curricular activities, the campus provides amenities such as a multipurpose auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 the hall is fitted with some of latest technologies. Sports lovers can find space on the large playfield – volleyball and ball-badminton, and also Kho-Kho. The college also pays care to student welfare through a health center that offers first aid, and a canteen to offer refreshments. Concerning the programmes offered academically, Brilliant College of Education offer programmes in teacher training. The institute offers two full-time courses: a two year B.Ed programme and four year integrated B.Sc B.ed programme. OCC has approved intakes of 100 seats per course, and thus ATE is similar since the total number of students admitted in all the courses is 200.
