Your rank in UPSEE is not that good. Sorry to say that you are not eligible to get either on these IET, BIET and KNIT in CSE

But there are many other colleges accepting rank 2300 for CSE. Some of them are

You are from OBC category then you may have chances to get admission in BIET jhansh in civil or electrical branch. I think OBC rank 5547 is not enough to get admission in BIET, Jhansi. I am not 100% sure, but I can predict according to your rank. You can try for other colleges.

Based on your rank to get mechanical branch in BIET Jhansi you can get it in either third round or in spot counselling round. You should look for other colleges as well like Rajkiya Engineering Colleges where chances of admission are bit higher. I m not saying that you will not get admission in BIET but this can instead depend on the number of applicants .

Hi Candidate! For a seat in biet one must have to secure 25 percentile of the qualifying exams for general category. And for the reserved category one must have to secure 20 percentile. But clearing cutoff will not get a seat one must have to secure more than cutoff. You will get biet in the 3rd round of counselling as per the previous year trends. But cutoff changes every year so you have to wait for the counselling results.

Hi Ajit, with 8695 gen rank, I think there is an outside chance of you getting Mechanical branch at BIET Jhansi. Usually the cutoff for Mechanical Engineering Branch at BIET JHANSI is around 6000. You might get it in 4th round of counselling tho it's not a guarantee.

Yes you can get an admission. But for now no merit list is specified for the lateral entry of any college. So, it is a bit difficult to suggest you some names. You can check for the courses in the official site of Entrance exam and get the list from there.

Even you belong General category you can get an admission for sure.
