Cauvery College of Nursing, Mysuru. It was one of the best nursing colleges in Karnataka, India. The college is affiliated with the Indian Nursing Council and offers a variety of nursing courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma levels. The admission process at Cauvery College of Nursing is made to select committed and capable candidates for its different nursing programs. The college conducts courses in B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing with specializations, and General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma courses. Post-Basic B.Sc Nursing This two-year course has an intake capacity of 30 seats only. Candidates are preferred to have completed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from any nursing college affiliated with a university. Generally, the selection is done according to the merit of the qualifying examination.

M.Sc Nursing: The college provides various specializations in M.Sc Nursing, including Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Medical Surgical Nursing. Every specialization has 5 seats. Admission is on the basis of merit in the B.Sc Nursing course and any relevant entrance examinations.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): This diploma course has an approved intake of 50 seats. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with science subjects are eligible to apply. The selection process is usually based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
