Chandigarh University is better then other colleges because Chandigarh University is best known for placement.There are 180+ ties with international universities as well with campus placements there has been tremendous response from corporate world with number of companies visiting CU campus for recruitments.top companies like Google, Microsoft also visit the campus.so, i think that Chandigarh University is better for placement than others.

CGC College of Engineering Landran Campus is a private affiliated engineering college of IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar . The college offers the 4 year degree program in BTech for the following specializations-

For CSE I would suggest you to take admission in LPU.It is one of the best emerging colleges.The highest salary package offered was about 42 LPA in microsoft and also it gives a lot of placement opportunities to big companies with good salary package.The faculties are also good and they are ready for their guidance in any time you want.This college is very good for CSE course curriculum.

MBA Placements in CGC Landran. It has good Placement record for MBA course.

The highest package for MBA was Rs.14 Lakhs per annum.

Average package was Rs. 4 Lakhs per annum to Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

The lowest salary offered was around Rs. 3.7 Lakhs per annum

If we talk about LPU CSE the first thing is it is very expensive the fees may go up to 5 lacs /year. The second thing is though they boast about 1 crore max package at google but that's not the reality. The avg package is around 3-4 lacs. 

If we talk about Chitkara it is also good college with approx 100 percent placement. And the average being 4-5 lacs. But the fees is less and same is the case with CGC Landern. 

Now if you want to enjoy your life for 4 years un best of the campus and mall go for LPU but if you want good faculty and education you can go for CGC Landern.

Both of these colleges are quite similar, but i think chandigarh group of institutions surpasses graphic era with a few more extra points. Bcom is a three year full time undergraduate level degree programme in the field of commerce. Various specializations are also available. Eligibility for the same is 10+2 from a recognized board of education and an aggregate of 50 percent. Now, coming to your query, both of these institutions are private. However, i'll highlight some of the differences amongst the two :

• Fees is lower at chandigarh group of institutions.
• Infrastructure of both of these colleges are good, but better at chandigarh.
• Enrollment is also more, at graphic era.

Dear applicant, Chandigarh Group of Colleges have moderate placement records, as a starting package you can expect 3-4 LPA, but after gaining experience it genuinely increases. The campus life is great, the best Courses are MBA, B.Tech in CSE/ ECE. During the pandemic the placement rate is somewhat downwards but in upcoming future it will improve.

Eligibility criteria for admission into CGC, Landran is as follows:

Eligibility for B.Tech: All those students who have completed their intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects are eligible to get admission to this degree. However, if the students have a diploma in any of the engineering streams from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) Longowal or Punjab State Board of Technical Education or two-year certificate course from SLIET are also eligible.

Therefore, you are eligible to take admission.
