The CSIBER facilities include separate magnificent hostels for boys within the campus with a hostel warden to supervise day-to-day management. All the rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light. The hostel has its mess providing hygienic and nutritious meals three times a day. 

The institute provides separate girl's hostel facilities on campus with various facilities. The CSIBER hostel facilities include security, a mess facility, a library, sports, and many other facilities. 

The CSIBER Kolhapur facilities include a cafeteria that provides nutritional food as well as snacks at reasonable rates and in a clean and hygienic environment. 

The institute has sports facilities on campus for students. The CSIBER sports facilities include chess, carom, and table tennis, and outdoor sports include 100m running, 100X4 m relay, slow cycling, tug of war, and many others. To carry out the sports activity smoothly, the committee is constituted by the director of the institute. The committee in turn constitutes the student's committee.

On campus, there are computer labs. The institution enhances learning and is an asset to the institute since it allows students to use technology to complete projects and research tasks.

The institute provides medical services to students and employees. On campus, medical center facilities include 24-hour emergency and casualty services, ambulance services, a blood bank, a 24/7 pharmacy, and many other facilities.

The institute provides an auditorium on campus for students, staff, and faculty to conduct the programs. The auditorium is used to conduct seminars, interactive sessions, webinars, group discussions, and many other professional activities. The auditorium is also used to conduct cultural events.
