5/5 for the college infrastructrue as our campus is counted as the largest one out of all the other 5 campuses. With spacious classrooms well equipped with projectors, blackboards, wooden benches and up to date labs, our college provides all the best possible facilities within the amouunt they charge for the course.
Average level of academics as more focus is given to theory than practical but pretty happy with the exposure too as the faculties really appreciate students who go a step ahead and think out of the box. But again, the academics are mostly stuck to theory oriented outcome.
Average placements of around 6LPA. The reason is the campus is pretty new to engineering so it is yet to build a name and status for this domain in order to attract more companies. Highest placement for my department i.e ECE was 12 LPA last year. But for managament and general science, placements are thrice than what is offered to engineering students.
4/5 for this as I didn't expect much from this college but actually got a lot in return as it has collaborations with different companies in and across bangalore and also provide a platform for overall development of the students by engaging them into different student clubs, conferences, projects etc.
5/5 for campus life as the college appreciates people who are not only good academically but also in all the other aspects like extra-curricular, sports, leadership. So they get to explore the best campus life by participating in various inter deanery evennts and also going to other colleges. The crowd is pretty good too.
Infrastructure is top-notch as it has blocks including 4-5 different canteens with huge capacities to accommodate the students. It has huge acres of land in the outskirts of kengeri where there are dedicated blocks for different deaneries like engineering, business and management, sciences and humanities etc.
Satisfied with the academics as classes are held regularly and attendance is considered as the top-most priority so the overall participation of students in academics is also quite appreciable. There are different fields to do research under faculties as well.
Average placements for engineering students with an average of 7LPA for most of the departments as mainly this campus is new for engineering students and hence placements stats are not quite the hype for now. But for other deaneries, due to brand name and status, placements are mostly better than other private colleges.
The fee structure for my course is 2 lakhs per annum. As compared to other private colleges, this amount is quite appreciable as we get all the facilities and opportunities that other colleges with twice the price offer.
Outstanding campus life as this college enforces people not only to excel academically but also upskill their extra-curricular activities. Various clubs like SWO, CSA, CAPS, IIIC etc pave way for students to enhance their leadership skills and also the annual concert is quite good here.
Excellen college infrastructure as out of all the campuses in Bangalore, Kengeri has the maximum campus area with the best possible visual aesthetics and sites, canteens, a big open air auditorium to accomodate huge amount of students/audience, two big seminar halls, open space for peer education and huge basketball, volleyball and football grounds.
Faculties are very supportive, with precise knowledge in their respective domains. They provide up to date PPTs, reference materials and the CIAs are also conducted on time and with apt marking schemes. Also, they are well up to date with the current nationwide curriculum such that students have access to premium courses and skills easily.
Average placement for our department since it's a new extenstion under ECE. The average placement is around 6LPA, which is okayish for someone who has just started. The placement statistics are likely to go up in the upcoming years with more industrial invasions.
Since the fee structure is quite high, the services offered highly offer justice to the amount served so yes, it is a good option for going for a professional degree like engineering!
Amazing campus life with wide variety of events and annual fests, giving the students necessary exposure to real time mass interaction and social experience. It has n no of clubs like CSA, Student Council, Caps etc for people to volunteer and uplift their experience.
Christ University Kengeri cammpus is the biggest campus out of all the other campuses. The bulidings are pretty new and cleanliness is maintained on daily basis. Library is well equipped. We have 2 huge football fields, 2 basketball courts and 1 Tennis court. WiFi is always available in the classroom, since its college WiFi certain sites are restricted. Classrooms have big board and projector, speaker, Labs are fully equipped with modern computers and softwares installed in them. SInce its located in outskirts I have hard time travelling to the city, thats the only drawback. There are 9 canteen in out campus and all are licensed and sell hygenic food.
Academics is decent, and the curriculum is not latest but it is understandable in tech field as it is ever changing. In todays world it depends on skills rather than college but this college does its best to make sure the students learn the necessary skills to become job ready.
Placements are also decent in Computer Science Department. Skillfull students manage to grab the opportunity. Good Companies visit campus. The average package is around 8 LPA, which is decent enough for a private college.
For this course, I feel the money is worth it, with hardwork and dedication I am able to make the most of it.
Campus life is peaceful. There are lots of trees. Can go on walk and study around in campus taking fresh air. Faculties and Guards and very friendy and are always ready to guide me.
Yes Infrastructure is quite good in college we have auditorims for guest talk and for some special meetings in the college regarding education, carrer and other things regarding research studies and all.
Curriculum and teaching is good in the college. There are broadly categorised as per all the semesters and faculty are also experienced and they are good in teaching.Approaching to students are also good it is to be noted
Placements are also good in the college at 7 semester placements will start some well known tech gaints comes to campus and recruit students from the college as this college is known for its discipline
It's totally worth studying here with 2.1 lac per year. To be frank I have very well satisfied with the fees-structure over here.Coz coming from middle class family I should take care of the fees in the college as well.
Campus life is good here we will be meeting students from different states of India. All students can take up sports and games in their interest but mostly basket ball and foot ball would be favoured here.
To compare with other college one can say It is good to join into Christ University interms of Fees, infracture and academics. I will suggest this college if your budget is below 12 lac.If more try for other you can find many in Bangalore only
It has well equipped Geotechnical, Basic Material Testing and Surveying and Geomatics lab with advances and updated machines to check the prepared samples. Ample amount of time will be given for practicals that will help during Internship. Classroom has smart boards with WiFi facility and a library separate for engineering students where we can study books from other branches of engineering also. It has a lush green campus with the cleanliness of top quality.
Currently I’m a final year B.Tech student of Civil Engineering. Civil Engineering is known as mother of all branches of engineering and is one of the oldest branches. Civil Engineers play a vital role in the infrastructure development of country and I have a keen interest in sustainable development. Teachers in Christ are well qualified and have both Industry and teaching experience which they share to us. Especially, curriculum is designed in a way that it meets all the industry requirements.
Every year students get the Industry Internship in various pioneer Civil Engineering companies like L&T, Shobha, Saarthi, Colliers, etc. After completing the internship, based on our work, involvement and interest we will be placed in the company. Basically all these placement process will be go smoothly and college won’t leave any stone unturned to get the students placed in the company.
Christ has optimum fees for all domains of engineering. For me, my first two year fees was approx ₹1,70,000 and for the penultimate and ultimate year it was ₹1,90,000. For me, the fees was worth it and ROI was good. The quality of education and the opportunities which I got is worth the money invested.
Students here get involved in various non-curricular activities and events like Magnovite, Daksh, Ethnic day, etc. where they compete against other domains and different colleges. It has huge playground where students can play various sports like cricket, football, basketball, etc.
