1. MBBS course in abroad is very less than that of india..You can easily afford it. The total cost of MBBS in abroad is 8 lakh to 35 lakh.
2. And in India Private college fees for mbbs are 20 lakhs to 70 lakhs.
3.Government college in India for mbbs college fees is 20 thousand to 7.5 lakh.

Christian medical College, Vellore is one of the premiere institute for studying medicine in india. It ranks third according to latest NIRF ranking all over India.
There are total 100 seat on which only 16 seats are open for students all over India and 84 seats are reserved for christian minorities Candidates.
As your name suggests you are muslims so you will be competing for 16 seats which cut is usually 630-640+ marks. For getting addmission here you will have to register and fill application form for CMC, Vellore.

CMC Vellore is one of the premiere institute of studying medicine (MBBS) in india. It has been ranked third in medical College all over according to nirf ranking which have been released someday before.
There are total of 100 seats in CMC Vellore in which only 16 seats are open for students all over India. Other 84 seats are reserved for minorities Christian and cmc diocese, ward of their employees.
So CMC, Vellore cut off goes very high for open category student it will around 670+ marks.
If you belong to Christian category and have been associated with any of theirs church diocese then cut off may be somewhat low for that.
As you are from Jharkhand most probably you will be fighting for open category so it will be very hard to get you seat there.

Christian Medical College Vellore has allotted 16 seats for All India Open Category for MBBS admission and seats are distributed category wise as following OC-12; SC/ST-03 & 1 Central Pool.
So there is no reservations for EWS/obc in all india open quota. Only 12 seats out of 100 are there for open category student form Gen/obc/ews Candidates. Thera are seats for Minority Network Category – 74 seats and CMC Vellore Staff Quota – 10 seats.
To get admission in CMC Vellore you will have to register earlier on CMC when application form are out. As it's counselling doesn't happen through AIQ counselling if neet. Only the candidates who registered for CMC Vellore those candidates are eligible to participate in counselling through tamilnadu state quota a counselling.

For getting admission in M.B.B.S in any college in India you need to appear for NEET and you will be provided with a college as per your marks attained in it and the cutoffs.
