COER Roorkee Facilities

College of Engineering Roorkee offers many facilities to the students, faculty and staff. COER Roorkee facilities include residential facilities, sports facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, library, transportation facilities, and many other facilities. The institute provides separate hostels for boys, and girls. The library of the institute provides students with many academic resources to help them with their academics. College of Engineering Roorkee facilities also includes various sports infrastructure. The institute also has a canteen facility that provides healthy and nutritious meals to the students, facult,y and staff. The auditorium is used for organising events and functions. A modern IT infrastructure is also part of COER Roorkee campus facilities and 24 hours internet facility is also provided by the institute. Boys Hostel
The institute provides accommodation for boys. All basic facilities are provided to the students. Wardens, security and 24 hrs internet connectivity is provided by the institute.
Girls Hostel
Residential facilities are provided to girls. Biometric readers, fire warning systems, 24-hour guards etc are provided by the institute.
Medical/Hospital
A dispensary is present on campus. It caters to all the medical needs of the students and staff of the institute. A doctor is present on call in the dispensary.

COER Roorkee has a gymnasium and it is equipped with modern equipment.

College Infrastructure

It has the necessary infrastructure along with facilities provided. All the laboratories and other facilities have the equipments needed. Living spaces are also clean and hygienic, and not just one place but the whole college is clean.

College Infrastructure

Equipped with WiFi, smart boards, projectors, and comfortable seating. Air-conditioned with good lighting and acoustics. Well-maintained and regularly updated technology. Lawns are full of colourful flowers

College Infrastructure

Overall campus infrastructure is good surrounded by greenery and have all facilities like big ground,badminton court 24/7 library access , canteen , stationery store and many more the ATM also is in the campus

Hello candidate,

The admissions in College of Engineering Roorkee are done through counseling and seat allotment procedure of all the GATE qualified applicants. The applicants who have not qualified GATE will have to appear for the College entrance Test/Counselling.

Apart from the Gate criteria, the Candidates who have qualified UKSEE examination on merit basis and have passed B.Sc. examination with Mathematics as one of the subject and securing minimum 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent Examination, only are eligible for direct admission in second year.
