With a 49.55 percentile in MHA CET MCA and belonging to the ST category, there's a good chance of securing admission to a government college in Maharashtra.

The ST category often has lower cutoffs compared to the general category, increasing your chances of getting a seat. However, the exact college you can get depends on factors like:

  • Number of seats available for ST category: This varies across colleges.
  • Cutoffs for previous years: Analyze past trends to estimate this year's cutoffs.
  • Competition within the ST category: A higher rank within the category can improve your chances.

Your general merit list number of 88 might not be relevant for securing a government seat under the ST category. Focus on your ST category rank and cutoff trends.

It's essential to participate in the counseling process and exercise your options carefully.

Yes, you can leave your B.Pharm seat even if you've availed a tuition fee waiver. There's generally no legal or academic barrier preventing you from doing so.

However, consider the following:

  • Forfeiture of Benefits: You might lose the benefits of the tuition fee waiver if you leave the course.
  • Admission Process: Securing a medical seat is highly competitive. Focus on preparing for entrance exams like NEET.
  • Time Management: Juggling B.Pharm studies while preparing for medical entrance exams can be challenging.
  • Psychological Pressure: The decision to leave one course for another can be stressful. Ensure you're mentally prepared.

It's advisable to consult with the college administration to understand the specific terms and conditions of the tuition fee waiver.

Remember, the decision to leave one course for another is significant. Weigh the pros and cons carefully before making a final choice.

Predicting exact colleges without knowing your specific rank is difficult. Cutoffs vary based on factors like total applicants, difficulty of the exam, and previous year trends.

That said, with a 57% in MHT CET and belonging to the SC category, your chances of securing a seat in a good government engineering college are promising.

Here's a general outlook:

  • Government Colleges: You can expect to get admission in government engineering colleges, especially those with lower cutoffs or those located in tier-2 or tier-3 cities.
  • Private Colleges: Many private engineering colleges offer admissions based on merit and reservation. With your SC category, you have a good chance of securing a seat in reputed private colleges.

To get a precise list of possible colleges:

  1. Convert your percentage to a rank: Use the official MHT CET rank calculator to determine your rank.
  2. Check previous year cutoffs: Analyze the cutoff trends for SC category in different colleges.
  3. Consider college preferences: Prioritize colleges based on location, branches offered, and placement records.
  4. Participate in counseling: Attend the centralized counseling process to secure a seat in your preferred college.

Remember: Your final college depends on several factors, including your rank, competition, and the specific branch you choose.

With a 95.022 percentile, girls' quota, and OBC category in the MHT CET, you have a strong chance of securing admission to a good college for computer engineering.

Given your percentile and the additional benefits of girls' quota and OBC reservation, you are likely to get a seat in one of the top engineering colleges in Maharashtra. However, the exact college depends on factors like the closing ranks of previous years, competition, and the number of seats available.

To increase your chances:

  • Prepare for other entrance exams: Consider attempting JEE Mains or BITSAT to widen your options.
  • Research colleges: Make a list of colleges offering computer engineering based on your percentile, quota, and category. Analyze their cut-offs and placement records.
  • Counseling: Attend the centralized admission process (CAP) counseling diligently to make informed choices.

Remember, competition is high, so stay optimistic and prepared. Good luck!
