The competition for B.Pharm seats, especially in government colleges, is intense. While reservations provide an advantage, a high percentile is generally required for top-ranked colleges.

However, there's still hope. Consider these options:

  • Private colleges: These colleges might have lower cutoffs and offer B.Pharm programs.
  • Counselling process: Participate in the centralized counselling process to understand your actual chances based on available seats and cutoffs.
  • Other entrance exams: Explore other pharmacy entrance exams if eligible, to increase your chances of admission.

Remember, competition varies each year. Stay updated on cutoffs and admission procedures.

Yes, there's a high probability of securing admission in a government pharmacy college in Maharashtra with a 90 percentile score in MHCET for an open category student.

A percentile of 90 places you among the top 10% of candidates, significantly increasing your chances of getting into a government college. However, the exact college you can secure will depend on factors such as:

  • Specific college preferences: Different colleges have varying cutoffs.
  • Number of applicants: The competition might fluctuate from year to year.
  • Available seats: The number of seats in each college and category can influence admission.

To improve your chances of getting a preferred college, it's advisable to:

  • Participate actively in the counselling process: Make informed choices based on available options.
  • Explore different college options: Consider various government pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra.
  • Stay updated: Keep track of cutoffs and seat availability during the counselling process.

With a 90 percentile, you have a strong foundation for securing a seat in a government pharmacy college. Good luck!

The competition for B.Pharm seats, particularly in these metropolitan cities, is intense. Colleges like Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, and Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune, typically have high cutoffs.

With a 48 percentile, your chances of getting into these top institutions are low. However, there might be possibilities in other private colleges or those with lower cutoffs.

I recommend exploring colleges in other cities or considering private universities. Additionally, you can try for management quota seats, if available, but be prepared for higher fees.

No, a Central EWS certificate is generally not applicable for MHT-CET counselling.

MHT-CET is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admissions to various undergraduate courses in Maharashtra. The eligibility criteria and reservation benefits are primarily based on domicile within the state.

While the central government has implemented the EWS reservation category, most state-level exams, including MHT-CET, have their own reservation policies and criteria. These policies often require a state-specific EWS certificate issued by the respective state government.

Hello student

The admission to the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) depends upon the cutoff list released by the institute. The overall cutoff rank for IPU CET is 119-272481 for round 1 . Since you have a rank of 101 in IPU CET in MA Economics, you may get admission in VIPS . However, it is recommended to check the official website of VIPS for the latest updates regarding admission and cutoff lists.

With a rank of 8001 in IPU CET, you have a good chance of securing a seat in a decent BBA college under IP University.

While top-tier colleges might be out of reach, you can expect to get admission in reputable institutes. Some potential options based on previous year trends include:

  • Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies: Known for its good academic environment.
  • Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies: Offers various specializations in BBA.
  • Institute of Information Technology & Management: Focuses on IT-related aspects of business.
  • Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies: Reputed for its management programs.

With a 56 percentile in the MHT CET (Open EWS), securing a college in Pune might be challenging for top-tier institutions . However, there's still a chance for admission in some colleges.

Factors affecting your chances include:

  • Specific branch preference: Demand for certain branches is higher.
  • College category: Government colleges generally have higher cutoffs than private ones.
  • Seat availability: The number of seats available in each category plays a role.

To increase your chances:

  • Explore private colleges: These colleges often have lower cutoffs compared to government institutions.
  • Consider less popular branches: Opting for branches with lower demand can improve your chances.
  • Location: Expanding your search beyond Pune might yield more options.

You are likely a Type B student for the MAH MBA CET.

Here's why:

  • Type A students typically require both HSC and graduation from Maharashtra.
  • Type B students need either their or their parents' domicile in Maharashtra.

Since you were born and reside in Maharashtra, fulfilling the domicile criteria, you fall under Type B. The mode of your graduation (online or offline) doesn't affect your candidature type in this case.

However, it's crucial to verify this information on the official MAH MBA CET website or contact the authorities for definitive confirmation

hope this helps you!!
