If you would tell me the rank with respective to your score then it would be easier to guide you in this matter .
However the cut offs for mechanical engineering branch in this college in around 10k for the year 2023 which is somewhat the lowest branch here . I would recommend you to take non core branches in these colleges because the core sector placements in these is a bit dicy and ultimately you have to shift in the non core domain.

After appearing for CET, results have been declared already basis which counseling registration process is also over. Counseling rounds are on and shall continue till 1st week of June. There are multiple counseling rounds so keep track and carry original docs in each please. Post that final merit list will be declared and basis that students will be admitted to respective colleges according to cutoffs.

From the government and private institutions fee structure I can say that the course can cost upto 1-3 lacs per annum including fee for hostel.

Since you have secured a good percentage in PCB CET, so other than pharmacy there are many courses such as Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences, B.SC in Agriculture, B.SC in Horticulture, CABM, Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology and Bachelor of Fishery Science. However according to the minimum qualifying marks, you will be allowed to selected the branch. If you managed to be in the qualifying range, then you will be allowed to select the branch of your choice.

The cutoff required for admission to colleges varies depending on factors such as the category, seats availability, etc.
You can go through the link below and check the UGCET 2019 cutoff for reference. However, it is late to answer this query and the admission process 2019 has been completed, I hope you have got a seat.

For all the courses, IPU follows a fixed percentage of seats to be divided between different categories.
It is as follow
FOR DELHI QUOTA
Scheduled Caste(SC) | 15% |
Scheduled Tribe(ST) | 7.5% |
Defence Category | 5% |
PWD Category | 3% |
OBC Category | 27% |
FOR OUSIDE DELHI QUOTA
Scheduled Caste(SC) | 15% |
Schedule Tribe(ST) | 7.5% |
Defence Category | 5% |
PWD Category | 3% |
The no of seats may vary each year but the percentage of seats alloted to each category remains the same.

The Qualification eligibility criteria in Pandit Deen Dayal College,Delhi for in BPT
(Bachelor of Phiseotherapy) course is that the candidate have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in
Physics,chemistry and biology,provided the candidate have passed each subject separately.
In case of SC/ST/PH/OBC is 45% marks.
In order to take admission you have to give a entrance exam and based on your entrance
Score you will get the admission.

Based on your score of marks in TS ICET 2019, your rank will be somewhere around 18000-20000. It is highly unlikely for you to get a seat in Chaitanya Bharathi Inst Of Technology (CBIT) MBA as their cutoff for SC Boys as per past year records is around 3800 rank. However there are decent chances that you might get a seat in CBIT for MCA program as their cutoff for MCA SC Boys category is around 28000.
