Your percentage and CET rank is very less. You have less chances of getting good government colleges for CSE. You can also consider other private colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

you can counseling fees on the offcial admission website of ip. and you haev to pay the counsiling fees on line. the option wil appear when the date wil be released to pay the fees . all the best.

The CET marks are the only score which will be considered for the admission process at any college. So there is no point of getting worried that you do not have maths paper.

And the colleges will differ based on the no. of students apperaing for exam and the cut offs based on the reservations ect.

You do have a lot of work experience and you are talented i must say but you do not fulfill the eligibilty criteria for most of the colleges which is minimum 60% marks in graduation. In this case only if you personally insist the admin staff of the college or principle something can happen. GOOD LUCK.
