Degree wise Admission Process
BBA: Admission to the Bachelor of Business Administration program at DCAS is done through the Common Entrance Test (CET). The course aims to provide students with a strong foundation in the principles of business management. Eligibility usually includes 10+2 from a recognized board, while emphasis is placed on the academic performance in relevant subjects.
BBA Banking and Insurance: Admission to this program is similarly through the CET, just as in the case of the general BBA program. This program has been structured for students who are interested in banking and insurance. The eligibility likely remains similar to that of the general BBA, with probably an added emphasis on Mathematics and Economics at the 10+2 level.
MBA: The number of students per intake for the Master of Business Administration program at DCAS is 120. Although no details about the admission process are given, it is generally considered that MBA programs accept scores from national-level entrance tests (such as CAT, MAT, or CMAT), followed by group discussions and personal interviews. Most candidates generally require, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with some percentage that may be determined by the college.
MCA: The program admits 60 students annually to the Master of Computer Applications course. To gain admission into the MCA program generally, candidates would hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or B.Tech) with a minimum percentage requirement directed by the respective college. Some institutes also consider scores from national-level entrance examinations for MCA admissions.
I was studying Bachelor of Business Administration (Banking & Insurance). The quality of teaching was great. The curriculum is not updated and does not includes all the recent developments in the field. It does not make you job ready.
I know the infrastructure was not good but academics was great. Teachers in the college are good knowledgeable and skilled . We love to take the lectures of every teacher. They also give us doubt classes in case of exams
