The college has a Library and Information Centre (LIC) of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA). LIC is a Knowledge hub containing rich and comprehensive high-quality information resources on architectural design, building construction, structural engineering, landscape architecture, interior design and decoration, decorative arts, urban planning and design and regional planning, construction management, economics, law, environment, rural development, and other allied areas. LIC provides access to a wide range of comprehensive and suitable information resources and services to support the teaching and research needs of students and faculty of SPA. The pleasant ambiance and well-furnished space LIC create a conducive learning environment inspiring students to excel in their education and research. LIC with its modern state-of-the-art facilities serves as an innovative partner in supporting the teaching, learning, and research activities contributing significantly to the Institute’s mission of academic excellence.

The College hostels for women Started in 1954 with only one Block. Now it has 9 Blocks, 5 in Premises-I and 4 in Premises-II inclusive of a Working Women’s Hostel. There are three Kitchens and five dining halls. The hostel office is attached to the hostels with fourteen office staff and a Manager. Every Office Assistant is assigned to monitor the needs of the students of five university  Constituent colleges. Hostels are run with the guidance of two Wardens and Six Deputy Wardens. An R.O. Unit with a Cooling Water facility that serves drinking water to all the students on both premises. All the inmates should be within the premises by 6.30 p.m. every day. All the inmates should report for attendance at the respective timings. 

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The Centre has one Senior Medical Officer, one lady Junior Medical Officer, and two Junior Medical Officers, who are assisted by paramedical staff members. Specialist consultancy services in general Medicines, general surgery, Dental surgery, and Opthalmology drawn from the specialists of S.V.R.R. Government General Hospital, Tirupati are available at the Health center on specified days.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has Banks/ATM facilities for all students. SBI, SV University Campus Branch is functioning within the premises of Sri Venkateswara University (located near the SVU Administrative Building) since 1965 as a captive branch catering to various financial needs of the Faculty, Staff, and students of the University. The branch is a Core Banking branch that provides the majority of the services to its customers including Foreign Remittances just like any other outside branch, though it is located inside the University campus. There is an e-Corner located in the branch premises which has 2 ATMs, one Recycler (Cash Deposit & Withdrawal Machine), Self passbook printing machine, and Cheque Drop Box and these services are available 24*7. Education Loans, Personal Loans, Pension Loans, and Home Loans are provided to the staff and students of the University as per our bank’s norms at affordable Interest Rates stipulated by our bank from time to time. SV University maintains several Fee Collection accounts with our branch and students visit the branch for the remittance of various types of fees.

The college has sports facilities for all students.
