    The college has a Departmental library has more than 4000+ books. The Department has its own library which has a variety of books, journals, magazines, and newspapers along with computers and an internet facility. The Department library is in addition to the Central Library which is offered by the University

  • I.T Infrastructure

    The college has a department is having 01 Computer Laboratory.1. Easy access to the internet means instant access to information, allowing students to conduct independent research right in the computer lab. Students, faculty, and staff have access to the computer labs, which provide the tools and technologies to produce websites, edit papers, complete class assignments, communicate via email, study cases, recent judgments, and amendments and also can access library resources. In the computer lab, the software Manupatra is installed so that students can access all the legal updates. This will help the student to improve their legal knowledge.

  • Moot Court

    The College has a Moot Court Facility for the Department of Law has its own Moot Court Hall designed like a courtroom for the purpose of conducting Moot Court Competitions and Moot Court exercises. The establishment of a Moot Court Room is also one of the essential requirements laid down by the Bar Council of India in their Rules for Legal Education, 2009. In a moot court, an appropriate scenario based on an actual courtroom is created for the students to have a real-life experience. These students need to pretend to appear and contend the matter either from the petitioner or respondent side in the Moot Court. The legal luminaries which include Academicians, Advocates, Legal Advisors, Retired Judges, In-House counsels, etc. who are invited to judge Moot Court Competitions test the participant's conceptual understanding of laws and their application to the present Moot problem. The moot problem is a hypothetical issue drafted in a specific field of law like criminal law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property law, International Law, Transfer of Property Act, Family Law, and Environmental Law or might be a mixture of different laws. The infrastructure for the Moot Court Hall was set up in the year 2020. Moot Court Hall has a capacity of 100 persons approximately. There are two witness boxes for the purpose of examination and cross-examination and two podiums for the advocates of both sides to present their arguments.

  • Medical/Hospital

    The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Pro bono publico - for the public good - not just in the sense of professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment, but in the sense of public service to those who are unable to afford the services of skilled professionals. It is a noble and necessary calling for all attorneys.” – Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye The Legal Aid Clinic is established within the premises of the Department in collaboration with Surat District Legal Service Authority with the objective of sensitizing the students with their social responsibility towards those in need of justice and cannot afford it. The Legal Aid Clinic helps in bridging the gap between the needy and legal justice. Moreover, it is a mandatory component of legal education as per the norms of the Bar Council of India. The Legal Aid Clinic of the Department is actively involved in providing free legal aid as well as spreading legal awareness amongst various sections of society through various literacy camps at different places with joint efforts of the District Legal Service Authority.

  • Classrooms

    The college has a department having 07 ICT enabled Classrooms.1. Classroom a state-of-the-art infrastructural facility is an essential ingredient to support the sound process of teaching & learning. Classrooms at the Department of Law are designed and equipped with modern teaching facilities like Projectors and Computers with webcams and internet connectivity. The classrooms are spacious enough, well-lit, well-ventilated, and accommodated with nice tiered sitting arrangements to facilitate proper teacher-student interaction. In order to improve and maximize instructional effectiveness technology-enabled classroom helps students to have fun learning with audio-visual aids.

  • Wifi

    The college has a Wi-Fi facility for students and staff.
