There is no qualifying cut off for MHT CET entrance examination. You need to score non-zero positive score in MHT CET in order to be eligible to get admission in a college. Each college has different cut off for admission. The cut off for the year 2021 will be released after the counselling is concluded. MHT CET B.Pharmacy counselling is not yet conducted, you have to wait until the counselling process is over. However, for reference you can check the previous year cut off for B.Pharm using the link given below

Copy and paste the above given link in the web browser to view the cut off for B.Pharm colleges last year. This year the cut off may increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

You didn't mention that you completing your diploma of pharmacy or not. So i assume that you are a diploma student. If you are not then let you know that at first you complete your diploma course then you will get admission of Bpharm 2nd year directly.
And seat are alloted for lateral entry basis of merit list of mark's you get in diploma in Pharmacy. And it will differ year by year and students by students.
