The minimum qualification required for admission in B.Ed. the course is a Graduate/Post Graduate (B.A./M.A., B.Sc./M.Sc. or B.Com./M.Com.) of recognized universities completed the three-year degree/post-graduated course declared by the Govt. of Rajasthan. Rajasthan PTET secured 50% marks for General /EWS categories and 45% marks for reserve category (SC, ST, OBC, MBC, Physically Challenged, and WIDOW or DIVORCE Women Candidates) and 50% marks in aggregate for all candidates from out of Rajasthan are eligible for B.Ed. Candidates who have not studied through the 10+2+3 Scheme or 10+1+3(Old Scheme) are not eligible to appear in PTET. Candidates fulfilling the admission qualifications mentioned in the guidelines available on the website of PTET are eligible to apply. Most of the PTET Examination form fills up in February or March & PTET Examination is conducted in April, May, or June.
