Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing: The four-year course for B.Sc Nursing is designed by the Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Medical Science for the purpose of giving all-rounded training in nursing. The institute offers admission to 40 students. Admission to B.Sc Nursing shall be made strictly on the basis of merit, namely, academic performance in the qualifying examination and entrance tests as applicable by the Institute or as directed by the relevant authority.

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery): The course is a two-year course to train the students as auxiliary nurse midwives for community health services. This institute admits 40 students to this course. Admission for the ANM course usually considers the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and any additional criteria set by the institute.

DMLT: Two years' Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology under the flagship of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Medical Science, provides all medical laboratory training and teaching. Selection Criteria in the form of the Academic Record, or through an Entrance test /interview administered by the Institute.
