Dr BPS College, Agra Admission Process

Dr. BPS College, Agra, is an affiliated college with a wide base of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The college follows a systematic admission process intended for the selection of suitable candidates for the various courses in the college. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: The B.Ed program of Dr. BPS College is approved for 100 students as intake. The program is opened on the merit of marks secured in the qualifying examination or marks obtained in the entrance examination, whichever is beneficial. The recruitment process is governed by the State Government/UT administration and by the University on the policy agreed upon.

D.El.Ed: The intake for D.El.Ed course is approved at 50 students. Admission is merit-based as per marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in entrance examination as per policy of the state government/UT administration.

B.Sc Agriculture: The course has special admission process with interview. Selection of candidates is based on academic performance and interview performance.

BA, B.Sc (Mathematics, Computer Science, Biology), and B.Com: These UG courses follow a merit-based admission policy, with consideration to the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (typically 10+2).

M.Sc (Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Physics) and M.Com: Postgraduate course admission is typically on the basis of the candidate's performance in their respective UG degree.

PGDCA and PGDBM: Both these postgraduate diploma courses also follow a merit-based admission process, considering the candidate's previous academic record.
