36 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time program in Law offered by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate shall have passed Graduation (any discipline) or an equivalent examination from a recognized university. Minimum marks required in qualifying examination – 45% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to the General (Open)/E.W.S. category, 42% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to OBC/ SBCNJ/ DT/ NT(A)/ NT(B)/ NT(C)/ NT(D) category and 40% marks in aggregate required in qualifying examination for a candidate belonging to SC/ST category.
- Candidates who obtained bachelor's degrees from any Open University with a Preparatory examination without passing HSC are not eligible for the LL.B-3 year Course & admission to the LL.B-3 Year Course.
- Education Pattern of the candidate should be 1O+2+3
