DDYPIPSR Pune provides a boys’ hostel facility for its students. Hostel facilities at the college are provided on a first come first serve basis. The hostel at DDYPIPSR has clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities.

D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research (DDYPIPSR) provides separate accommodation facilities to its female students. DDYPIPSR girls hostel is well-furnished, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the modern facilities. The hostel has a warden as well, to ensure the safety of female students.

The DPU Pharmacy College has a separate medical room at the campus for emergencies. It has all the facilities available like- Aram chairs, Folding statures, Wheelchairs, Blood pressure apparatus, and many others.

The college has provided a Gym facility to the students to ensure their physical health. The gym is equipped with all the machines.

The library at DDYPIPSR is equipped with an ultra-modern library facility according to the norms of regulatory bodies. It has a separate reading room, available for undergraduate, post-graduate, Ph.D., and teaching staff. The college has an extensive collection of up-to-date textbooks, as well as subscriptions to esteemed Indian and Foreign journals and periodicals. The institutional memberships from National Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd., and British Council Library, Pune add to the resources of these institutes.

The college provides its students with both indoor and outdoor game facilities. It is equipped with cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball fields, and carom, chess are also there to facilitate the overall development of students.

DPU Pharmacy College is well-equipped with computer facilities catering to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, in addition to offering internet access and language laboratories. 

The DDYPIPSR College canteen provides hygienic food to the students, faculty, and staff at affordable prices. The canteen is spacious and provides a comfortable sitting area. It provides students with delicious food and beverages to the students. 

The college has a fully air-conditioned, well-furnished auditorium facility. Equipped with an audio-visual system, the auditorium is used to conduct events and seminars.

DPU Pharmacy College has department- based, well designed spacious laboratories. These laboratories have all the facilities required for practical training in various subjects of Pharmacy. The laboratories follow the norms and standards of regulatory authorities of the country and are in compliance with international standards too.
