Hello student DY Patil is a good  college it depends on you if you want to study or want to do fun over there. If it's DY patil or AIIMS delhi the teacher won't force you to attend the class and study its upto you if you're attentive or not. And I'm sure after investing more than 80lakh Rs and quallifing one of the most toughest examination neet pg you won't waste your time over there.
If you're intrested then you should get admission and pursue MD radiology.

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
