You cannot avail admission into any of the government, private or deemed colleges/universities without a valid score in NEET. No institute in the country offers these courses without NEET. Some states hold their own entrance tests also to get admission into medical courses. If you want to seek admission on the All India basis, NEET is the only ultimate option.
