The college provides sports apart from, academics students are encouraged to participate and practice sports in order to build their physical and mental strength. DVR has very good facilities for sports on the campus such as cricket ground, courts for basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennikoit and throw the ball. The campus also allows for indoor games of all possible types.

The college has three computer centers with state-of-the-art facilities. Internet service is provided for 24 hours without any interruption for faculty to explore and gather information. The Exam Branch has a separate internet connection.

The college provides a transport facility for the convenience of its students through a network of five routes from all corners of the city, Sangareddy, Zaheerabad, Sadashivpet, and ODF. Special buses are arranged in the evening at college, for the students staying back for examinations, sports, library, and extra classes.RTC buses are available to students and there is a bus stop at college. Autos run frequently on the way to college. Shankarpalli Railway station is just 20 km away from the college. The students who come from Vikarabad can avail train facility. The students are advised to possess their identity cards (Transport) while traveling on the buses. Student bus passes are issued in the college by TSRTC authorities every month.
