Engineering College, Tuwa (ECT) is a fast-growing AICTE-approved institute that offers a variety of engineering programs. These include undergraduate as well as diploma-level courses. Generally, the academic year of Engineering College, Tuwa is also followed in the admission cycle, which usually commences in August-September.

For BE programs (Bachelor of Engineering), candidates must achieve passing grades in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects. Applicants for Diploma programs are expected to have completed 10th standard education.

Degree-wise Admission Process 

BE (Bachelor of Engineering): ECT offers four BE programs, all of which are 4 years in duration: Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Admission for the BE programs is purely based on merit considering the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent). The intake capacity for each program in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering is 120 seats; Computer engineering has an intake capacity of 60 seats.

Diploma in Engineering: The college offers some Diploma programs in three streams: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering. Such programs span 3 years. Admission for Diploma programs is mostly based on students' performance in the 10th standard examination. Each Diploma program will accommodate about 60 students.
