The College has one of the finest central libraries in the District with an impressive collection of 43,610 books on varied topics with 10,302 titles. It has adequate reading space for students where they can study. It has over 100 journals and several subscriptions for Monthlies, Weeklies, and Dailies. These form a unique educational support for the undergraduate, postgraduate, and research students as well as the faculty members. It has computer cataloging and online access to famous libraries in different parts of the world.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a well-equipped Convention Centre with a seating capacity of over 2000 persons. The Excel Convention Centre is a spacious, air-conditioned hall with 25,375 sq. ft. in area with a stage measuring 30 x 98 ft. It has 12 fully-furnished suite rooms attached to it. It is equipped with a modern projection and audio system. The campus also has a fully air-conditioned Mini-Hall, measuring 8,729 sq. ft. in area. The Dining Hall and an open Car Parking Area that can accommodate 1000 cars add the value of utility to it. It provides ample opportunity for students to exhibit their talents in cultural activities. 

The Excel Campus has 2 ATMs within its well-guarded compound walls for the benefit of the students, staff, and parents alike so that the need for liquid cash at any time can be met without the worry of having to carry money in one’s custody in advance. There is an additional ATM adjacent to the Main Gate of the Excel Group Institutions, to the right side, that helps to avoid rushing or having to wait in a queue.

The college Canteen and Cafeteria located at vantage points within the campus help the hostel students as well as the day scholars to purchase their emergency stationery items, soft drinks, and snacks. ‘The Food Court’ that serves international cuisines –vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian – is a treat for the palate of everyone.

The college's Spacious and Luxurious Guest House is named ‘The Welcome Block’ and is close to the Main Entrance where the parents and relatives of the students can stay with comfort during their visits to their wards in the various Institutions of the Excel Group. The visiting professors and guest faculty are also accommodated here during the days of their duty. 

The college provides excellent hostel facilities for students who have come far away from home for their education. At Excel, the hostels have good infrastructure separately for Boy students. In all the hostel's various activities and amenities are provided in an efficient manner under responsible wardens. Excel hostels provide single, double, and multiple-member rooms where they are served multiple times to suit their differing tastes.

The college provides excellent hostel facilities for students who have come far away from home for their education. At Excel, the hostels have good infrastructure separately for Female students to stay comfortably. In all the hostel's various activities and amenities are provided in an efficient manner under responsible wardens. Excel hostels provide single, double, and multiple-member rooms where they are served multiple times to suit their differing tastes. 

The Campus has a well-equipped Clinic with a Doctor at fixed hours and nursing service round the clock. There is also a full-fledged Hospital with 200 Beds with all wellness services. There is also an Ambulance Service that offers 24-hour Service to anyone in need within the Campus.

The college Gymnasiums with a total of 42 Stations are provided in both Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels to ensure the physical fitness of our students and also to alleviate their stress. 

The Department of Physical Education plays a pivotal role in the educative process going on in the various Departments of the EGI. Every care is taken to provide the best infrastructural facilities for physical education through sports and games such as Shuttle Badminton (16 Indoor Courts), Basket Ball (4 Cemented and floodlit Courts), volleyball (3 Courts), Football (2 Pitches), Cricket (2 Pitches), and many more made to International Standards.

The college has a road in the vast and spread out Campus of EGI has been macadamized and tarred, and each and every Block of the building has been provided with Parking Lots for Two Wheelers as well as Four Wheelers. 

The college has to provide Buses are being operated to near and far places like Sankari, Salem, Omalur, Mettur, Tiruchengode, Erode, Arachaloor, Anthiyur, Thindal, Bhavani, Chennimalai, Edappadi, and Komarapalayam. Transport is arranged at convenient times so as to reach the campus and back home in time. For this, a fleet of 59 buses has been inducted into operation.

Public Transport is also convenient and frequent as the Main Gate of the EGIs is beside the National Highway-544 between Salem and Coimbatore.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college also provides good classrooms for all students.
