Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 95.35 percentile in cat 2021 and considering you are from obc category let me tell you that it's a bit difficult to get into the BLACKI iims because their cut offs are higher. Even if you get a call then you should be well prepared for the interview.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
For more information you can check out the link given below-
hey there bud,
IIMB extends and provides a financial aid to students in need of financial assistance.
various scholarship provided by them are
the whole fees situation might seem like a pickle but dont worry . because of the brand value of IIMs, BANKS came to a rescue by providing educational loans free of collateral only for iim students.(you may want to see SBI SCHOLER LOAN list for this)
IIMS might seem little pricey but the return on investment is worth every penny.
visit iim's official site for more info relating to the loan .

Hello Amit,
Faculty of Management Studies is affiliated to University of Delhi and is a renowned college offering admissions to MBA, one of the popular post graduate courses for getting a job in corporate sector among students. FMS is one of the best management colleges of India offering MBA at the cheapest rate i.e. the fees is around 2 lakhhs only but the placements are no less than IIMs. No doubt, IIMs has its brand value, but FMS is also too good to pursue your masters in business administration at the cheapest price with the best return of investment. The adminissions in MBA are taken through a valid CAT score along with the Group Discussion, Personal Interview and an extempore. The college has released the admission criteria for 2022 on its official website. Candidates willing to take admission in FMS, Delhi can apply till December 25, 2021 through online mode.
There are 101 seats for general category and 12 seats for CW category students. You can apply for either of the categories but not for both. There is no age bar to apply for CAT and take admission in MBA.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you!
Hello, I hope you are doing well
Let's just compare IIMs and FMS in every aspect and see which one is better.
IIMs charge a huge fee of Rs. 10 LPA(average) whereas the FMS Fee is quite affordable i.e. Rs. 65,690.
IIMs and FMS both have a pretty good brand value, but there comes no second thought in saying that IIMs have better brand value and has it's own class.
The Faculty and academics at IIMs are way better than FMS, not that FMS has got bad faculty, it's just the fact that IIMs are better.
Coming to the placement part, IIM graduates get a package of around Rs. 18 LPA, but FMS graduates are not that far behind in this particular criteria they also manage to grab a package of 14-16 LPA.
Hope this helps.
Hello There Aspirant!
You should be able to secure a call from both, FMS and IIT Delhi with this score. However, the conversion depends more on the personal interview and further selection grounds. A good performance in GD/PI will definitely be in your favor owing to the fact that the cat weightage in final admission has gone down and GD/PI have higher weightage now.
Hope this helps and All the best!
The infrastructure is different from department to department. Some departments have really high-tech facilities, and others are pretty basic. Libraries are fantastic for marketing resources. There are some problems with parking and Wi-Fi on many campuses.
The infrastructure is above average. It has all facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, A/C classrooms, library and medical facilities. Labs and classrooms are air-conditioned and contain all the required material. The mess was also designed well, and the food was awesome.
We are having one of the highest faculty to students ratio and average experience of faculty is around 20 years , combined this with the rich fu network , we are able to access different databases . And infrastructure also good .
