Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa Admission Process

Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, popularly called FIMS, is well reputed as a prestigious medical institution in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Enrollment processes are framed at FIMS to enroll the best-selected and deserving candidates into any of her academic programs in medicine. Admission procedures at FIMS are strictly instituted based on corresponding national-level entrance tests to ensure a fair and competitive selection process. Undergraduate admissions at FIMS are based entirely on NEET-UG scores. This has been the norm in the country since the order of the Supreme Court of India in the NEET case stating that admissions for undergraduate medical courses should be based on one merit list of NEET-UG. As such, NEET-UG is held once a year, with applications opening in February and the exam in May.

This includes results being announced in June or July. For postgraduate programs (MD/MS), admissions are to the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates (NEET-PG).
