You can get placement after pursuing any degree. It just that the package which may vary. Getting placed all depends on you, your ability to crack the interview,  how well you present yourself, your presence of mind and importantly your confidence. 

It's not necessary that you get placed through college itself. You can even get off-campus placement. So getting placed is not the factor of concerned. Just be confident, and get the best out of yourself.
