Hello Ashna..!
Seeing last year trends and your rank it seems difficult for you to get admission in any college through mht CET counseling, even after applying all your reservation category.
You haven't mentioned your home state but even if you belong to Maharashtra then also it's a bit difficult.
Hope this is helpful.
Honestly dear you percentile is less to get gcoe amravati as its open category ranking is closed at 10,000 and for reserved category it closed at 20,000 approximately. You can apply some of the colleges below-

Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations for cracking the POLYCET examination.
You have interest in government College for F.Y polytechnic in computer technology branch.
It is a very good College.
The infrastructure of this college is very much good.
The laboratories are well equipped.
The respective faculties are student friendly.
Campus is very beautiful.
Hostel facilities are good.
Ragging free campus.
Placement record is decent.
You can definitely join the college.
Best of luck for your future journey.
Hope it will help you.
Unfortunately, it's very difficult for you to get a government college, because CSE is most in-demand course in Engineering, and for government colleges the cut-off ends at above 95 percentile general category. So instead you should try for private local colleges, because you'd be wasting your efforts otherwise.Dont lose hope try others as well.

Hello Vaibhav Amrit,
The location is really preferable for KGEC, as you can get easiness from transport to all other regular needs. Jalpaiguri has a pleasant weather; but where as Kalyani has a warm weather. The campus area of JGEC is 167 acres whereas KGEC only comprises of 75 acres area only. The food quality of JGEC hostel mess is far better than any other state government hostel mess undoubtedly.Medical facilities, electricity, water usage, wifi and LAN(8–12mbps speed), all are totally free in JGEC. KGEC and JGEC has almost similar infrastructure, but popularity of KGEC is much more than JGEC as because it is situated near Kolkata. Mentioning about clubs and fest, Sristi is the largest technical fest in North Bengal; Also the cultural fest JECLAT promises every year with great bands, big singers to modern singers, big national and regional bands and fashion shows, which are all in much greater scale than any other state college fests.Placements are undoubtedly better in KGEC; JGEC has downgraded in terms of placement. Finally you will get the brand Autonomous tag, which is only available in JGEC.
So, if you are sincere about studies and want to stay near metropolitan city then go to KGEC. But if u want to have a better life where you can know much about the rest of the life, come to JGEC. Knowledge gaining are nearly all same in both of these.
Enjoy your college life..
.
Hope this helps...
Thank you and all the best....
