My college infrastructure is outstanding. They provide all the updated technology for the student. They auditorium and classroom are good. They provide ground for playing different sports in a college premises. They also provide the separate hostel for girls and boys.
College have all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. AC, projector and wifi and they all are well maintained. Living space is very good and the food is hygienic too.The speed of wifi is too good . And the hostel of college is also well furnished.

Now you wants to do Bachelor of engineering in a government engineering College.
For this purpose you have to appear in the entrance examination of Bachelor of engineering colleges (example- JELET in West Bengal).
If you able to get a good rank in that particular entrance examination, you can definitely get a seat in a decent government engineering College.

as you must be knowing that this totally depends on the policy of the colleges, you may if you score according to the course.
you need to ask your co-ordinator for this who would direct you to the HoD and further to the dean, which includes a good amount of paper work.
this is although easy as the BTech 1st year course is same for all branches.
consult the faculty for better answers.
