Government Engineering college,Baraton Hill is rated as AAA+(Good)

Since you cant avail reservation you are at disadvantage. The previous cutoffs for all major branches range between 2000 and 7000 for the general category.

You can only get information technology at bartonhill.

Is this college has an boys hostel?

dear tharun,

Governmant engineering college, Barton hill, has good infrastructure , good facilities but the institution has only hostels for girls

and there are no hostels for boys which they could avail.

Last year rank to admit for civil engineering?

Although the rank changes every year as they depend upon various factors like no of seats available, no of applicants, last year cutoff trends, the difficulty level of the paper etc. According to previous year cutoffs the closing rank for civil engineering was around 6558 in 2017 and 6019 in 2016.

I have got 10467 rank in keam .should i get admission?

Yes you can get admission in this college but the options for branches are not there for you.
If you want admission in this college you have to settle for IT only!
As the cutoff for rest of IT was around 13000 and for rest of the branches it is less than 7000

Will I get admission for civil in government engineering college Barton hills if I scored 106 in keam and 95.3% marks for PCM.

As your keam score is 106 you chances for getting barton hill is low. You have good marks in +2 but you ls keam score is low. May i know which category you belong to.

GEC Barton Hill have all the necessary infrastructure and facilities and are well maintained. You have access to college library, canteen, labs, ladies amnety centre, wifi. Good hygienic food from canteen

Overall the college is better college under govt of kerala

College Infrastructure

Our college provides all the basic infrastructure and they are well maintained. Hostels arw student friendly with wifi connections. There is a sports Centre and a resourceful library. The living spaces are clean. The college canteen provides very affordable and hygienic food.

College Infrastructure

The college is a very a small college with an area of just 5.5 acres. Hence the space is just enough for all the classrooms and Labs. The labs for ECE and IT is very good and well equipped. But the labs for electrical and mechanical is under construction and would be make proper in one year. Due to space limitation, hostel inside the campus is available only for girls. The whole college is well equipped with WiFi service and is accessible from everywhere. The sports facilities are almost zero.
