36 MonthsBachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time program in Law offered by Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should be a graduate or post graduate from any university of India. Candidates of general category should have obtained minimum 45% marks in the (graduate) examination valid for admission. Candidates of other examination categories of Uttarakhand state who have obtained 42% marks and for candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, this qualification will be 40%.
- Explanation: 44.9% and 39.9% will not be considered as 45% or 40% under any circumstances.
- Candidates who have obtained the Bachelors/Post Graduate degree without passing 10+2 or without having any basic qualification directly/through any open university system will not be eligible for admission to the Law Courses.
- There is no age limit for admission into the Bar Council of India.
