It's better for you that you go for a Year Drop. Look for the reasons for your low score. Make your preparation stronger by understanding your weak topics and mistakes. Try to not repeat your mistakes. Practice as many questions as you can. Read NCERT textbooks at least thrice thoroughly. If you follow all these things, you will surely get a better government medical college and that too for MBBS. You just need consistency and dedication within you.

According to the previous years, the cutoff in Maharashtra was around 440-450. but cutoff may vary every year according to the number of students who appeared, level of questions, and many other factors. the cutoff will be around 450.
