The labs were set up to serve all purposes and had all the equipment we needed for practicals. The classrooms were well maintained and had great views from the windows. I was a day scholar and did not require lodging and food.
My teachers were very friendly and had a lot of subject knowledge in their respective domains. The curriculum was definitely very job oriented and updated to include the latest trends and advancements at the time.
We did not have a dedicated placement wing as such back then. But almost everyone in my batch went on to work in either the Government defense services or famous private sector engineering firms and did really well.
The cost of the course was very nominal and it was easily one of the most value for money options to get a diploma in engineering in Kerala. It was tailor made to get you up to speed on fundamentals and make you job ready.
I will always cherish the time I spent on that gorgeous campus. It was full of greenery and had some great people living in and around it. It was very safe and well connected. I would definitely choose to study there once again if I could go back in time.
A place that will forever remain close to my heart.
