Well pooja what i see that you have mentioned your percentile not your rank in jee mains. You have 77 percentile and you want to study in pantnagar university. Pooja let me tell you that being a girl candidate you are obviously having an edge over the boys. But considering previous year cutoff in all india category , if you have around 80k rank then it is possible that yoou will get admission in this college, else try next year.

Now Coming to your query, If you withdraw your seat or You didn't get any seat in JOSAA counseling then your security amount will be refunded back but it will after courses started i.e approx after a month. The final counselling process of the university is expected to take place in the 2nd or 3rd week of July. The college takes admissions on the basis of performance in the JEE mains exam . A merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in JEE Main by the institute.
