The college has a medical facility. Medical (OPD) facility is available to all the students, staff, and faculty within the campus, GNIOT has a tie-up with a local hospital (which is only 1 km away from the campus) for both OPD and hospitalization facilities. In case of emergency, the college ambulance is used to transfer the sick person to the hospital, It is a unique precaution. The college also has a Doctor-on-call system and 24*7 availability of ambulances to handle emergencies.

The college has a library facility for all students. The library is known as Shree Ram Central Library. It is situated on the ground floor in the main block. GNIOT Library is computerized at a functional label.
