GS Law College, Auraiya, is one of the most prestigious law colleges in Uttar Pradesh, India. The college, which is recognized by the Bar Council of India, provides a wide array of law programs for those interested in becoming legal practitioners. The admission to the law institute of GS Law College is conducted under an evaluation to identify suitable and deserving candidates into various law degrees it offers to the students.
For any of the undergrad courses, viz, LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, and B. Com LLB, the necessary requirement is of having 10+2 at minimum with aggregate of 45%. This would ensure academic foundation in pursuing further studies towards the legal platform.
For LLM and similar postgraduate programs, the eligibility for admission is an LLB, BA LLB, B.Com LLB, or BBA LLB graduate degree.
The M. Phil Law programme requires the candidates to have graduated with an LLM degree as it is more advanced than the previous degrees.

Degree wise Admission Process
LLB: GS Law College offers 3 year LLB program with an intake of 300 students. The candidate must have passed out in 10+2 with a minimum score of 45%.
BA LLB: This is a 5 year integrated program that combines Bachelor of Arts with Bachelor of Laws. The completion of 10+2 with a minimum score of 45% qualifies the individual.
BBA LLB: Second 5 years integrated, with the integration of BBAs and LLB. One needs to have 10+2 with a minimum score of 45%.
B.Com LLB: Five years integrated, majorly after combining Bcom and LLB. One has to complete a graduation with 10+2 by scoring at least 45%.
LLM: The Master of Laws program is offered to the graduates who have passed their LLB, BA LLB, B.Com LLB, or BBA LLB degree.
M.Phil Law: This advanced research program is offered to the candidates who have completed their postgraduation with an LLM degree.
