BA Courses: Guskara Mahavidyalaya offers some BA courses with a few hundred seats per course like BA Morning Shift (1003 seats), BA General (556 seats), and honours courses in various subjects like Bengali, English, History, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Political Science, Geography, and Economics. These courses admit students based on merit considering the candidate's performance in 10+2 exams.

B.Sc Courses: B.Sc program with 200 seats in common courses and honor courses in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, and Nutrition is present. Admission on merit basis, with emphasis particularly on the science subjects performance by the candidate in 10+2 level.

B.Com Programs: B.Com General (200 seats) and B.Com Accountancy Honors (81 seats). The admission process is merit-based, with emphasis placed on the performance of the candidate in commerce subjects.

BBA Honors: There is a 30-seat BBA Honors program in the institute. It is merit-based selection on the basis of the overall academic performance of the candidate.

BA Physical Education: The professional course has 119 seats, and the admissions are merit-based, perhaps with consideration of the academic record and the physical fitness factor as well.

MA Course: The college provides an MA in Bengali with 30 seats. Admission to the postgraduate course would thus probably be based on the candidate's performance during his/her undergraduate course, especially more so in the subject Bengali.
