Generally, admission qualifications at Gwalior Law College conform to what has been authorized by the Bar Council of India. It has undergraduate programs and for the 3-year LLB, candidates have to have completed their 10+2 qualification from a recognized board. For the 5-year integrated LLB program, qualifying students have to complete their 12th standard.

Degree wise Admission Process
LLB (3- Year Programme): This is a 3-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program. The 3-year program is open to students who completed their undergraduate degrees in any field and wish to pursue law as a career.
LLM (2-Year Program): For those who wish to take their qualification in law further, the college also has a 2-year postgraduate course, namely the Master of Laws (LLM). This course is usually offered to those students who have reached that level of education with their LLB.
