Haryana School of Business, Hisar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has 120 rooms in the hostel, having a capacity of 240 students. Among the infrastructural facilities, the hostel has a well-equipped mess kitchen & dining hall, which includes equipment like dough kneader, potato peeler, stainless steel dining tables, worktables, and racks for different purposes. The cold storage unit is an important component among the kitchen items. Water purifiers are functional in the mess as well as in different blocks of the hostel. To maintain the hygienic conditions in the mess kitchen & hall, there is the proper provision of cleanliness and ventilation. In the facilities, the hostel provides study chairs and tables to all students. The hostel also provides three-seater and two-seater iron chairs for making a seating arrangement in the dining hall, common room as well as in lawns of the hostel.

The college has 48 rooms, having a capacity of 144 residents. One more block of this hostel is under construction. The common room is provided with color LED for the entertainment of students. Facilities like electric geysers, water coolers are provided. Ambulance service is also provided round the clock.

The college has Various facilities provided at the Health Centre are a Medical aid for all common ailments with routine blood, urine and stool test.

The college has a Gym room well equipped with modern exercise machines.

The Library has a collection of 116022 books and 5850 bound volumes of journals. For getting the information about individual Library Account Status and Availability of books is provided through Web-OPAC. The Library has received 240 printed Indian Journals and subscribed to 42 Magazines and 20 Newspapers. The Library has an Internet Lab for SC/ST students exclusively and one Research Database Lab for the Research Scholars and Faculty Members. Both labs are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The Library recorded 145451 visitors during the period January 2019 to September 2020. During this period total issues for home lending were 57288 books and a total of 132237 books were consulted by the members of the library.

The College Sports Complex has one Hall for Badminton with Two Synthetic Badminton Courts, one Hall for Table-Tennis with Four Tables, Carom board and, Chess, one Conditioning Hall (Men) for a 13-station Multi-Gym, one Conditioning Hall (Women) 06 six a, Yoga and Weightlifting, three half cemented Cricket pitch, one ground each for Football, Handball, Cricket and Athletic Track of 400 meters and three Volleyball grounds. In addition, the Sports Complex has two cemented Basketball courts with lights, two Volleyball courts with fencing and lights, two synthetics, and one cemented Lawn Tennis court with lights and fencing.

The college has 135 computers including the latest configuration servers & other peripherals. It caters to the needs of students, research scholars, and faculty in the field related to research, networking, and software development.

The college has a Cafeteria with the facility of a big dining hall, kitchen, store, and office on the ground floor. One big hall is also on the first floor for students' activities and functions. The cafeteria has the capacity to attend to 125 customers for refreshment, lunch, etc. The cafeteria also provides refreshment, breakfast & lunch facilities for a special program like the tea party, etc. Junk food and tobacco items are not sold in the university cafeteria.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The Wi-Fi facility is available in all hostels.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
