The college has a Boy's hostel are located on the campus itself so it makes easy access between college and students. It has got good facilities and infrastructure which makes students feel comfortable and find a homely atmosphere. Being away from the city hubbubs, the hostel has a serene and calm atmosphere. Hostels have mess facilities for students. The mess is spacious, highly hygienic, and elegant. Internet Facilities are also available in the hostel. Hostel life helps a student cultivate self-dependence, independent thinking cooperative spirit, and managerial capabilities. The college has, therefore, provided residential accommodation on campus for both boys, the hostels are fully air-conditioned, spacious, and fully furnished with beds, study tables, chairs, and cupboards. The Hostel Mess provides a nutritious and hygienically prepared meal and clean drinking water through RO System. Recreation rooms with T.V, newspapers, magazines, and indoor games/ sports are an integral part of the HITM residential system.

The college has a First-aid and the sick room is set in the academic building. The health center is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, and the staff at no cost. The medical officer manages the various aspects of the faculty. They provide quality health care to everyone,  evaluates the quality of services, maintain the overall efficiency of the center, and decide the procedure to be followed in case of an emergency. Also, vaccinations and yearly checkups are done at this facility, (Institute provides free insurance for students as well as staff members covering risk cover up to Rs. 5 lac.).

The college has a library that is well stocked with text and general books along with Magazines and Research Journals, Regular newspapers both regional and national are specifically subscribed to cater to the need of all the reader's various facilities like e-library, e-journals, and subscriptions with various international agencies like DELNET & J-GATE. The library is equipped with more than 15000 books from different streams. Besides these texts and reference books the Library is also subscribing to a large number of National and International Journals, Magazines, and Encyclopedia The Library also maintains a good collection of important educational CDs and DVDs on Engineering & Technology.

The college organizes "Sports Mela- HPL"every semester in the college. The students participate in various type of sports activities such As Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Table-Tennis, Chess, Badminton, Carroms ETC.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has well established and vibrant Cafeteria of 1700 sq.mt.area on the campus. It makes all edible items available to the student and faculty, as per their requirement. Cafeteria facility to serve hygienic & nutritious delicacies to the students as per their needs. The rates charged for various items of food are checked and approved by the college administration. There is a wide variety of North Indian and South. Indian, Nepali, and Continental cuisine, and the students enjoy the pleasure of eating during the break.

The college has large Seminar Halls which can easily accommodate a large number of audiences. The halls are well equipped with technological tools like LCD Projectors, OHPs, and other multi-media equipment. The seminars /guest lectures/group discussions are carried out in these Seminar Halls.

The facility is made available to the student at a reasonable charge depending upon the route opted by them.
