Holy Angels College of Education for Women, Mettupalayam (Tamil Nadu, India) was set up in the year 2010 ITI Practically inclined dedicated institution exclusively for women. This affiliated college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education offers specialized programme in teacher education. Located in a very limited area of 2 acres, it is still an ash college which without any doubted aims at creating an excellent platform of learning with a student entry capacity of 100 and faculties of 10. Holy Angels College focuses exclusively on education courses, offering two full-time degree programmes: Bachelor of Education (B.ED) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.ED).

The college has developed a number of amenities which it believes will complement the teaching learning process of the institutions students. A rich bibliotheca provides a source of learning and information, and practical affords successes in departmental laboratories. They range from a sport complex to nurture the health of the learners and an auditorium for performance and seminar purposes respectively. A health center with first aid facilities the welfare of students while a guest house is used to house the visiting faculty and members of their families. The college also embraces high standards of transport for fear and safety of its students and staff when going to and from college. Also, the institution has stroked to having a good information technology system to support the enhanced teaching and learning practices.

Holy Angels College of Education for Women has basically two programmes which are Two years full time programme. The college offers two programmes B.Ed and D.El.Ed, of 50 students each; therefore, the college admits a total of 100 students for the programs every year. This approach enables the college to offer classes with affordable sizes and ensure that all students receive the attention they need preparing them to become educators.

As for the admission requirements for this school, it must be noted that at Holy Angels College of Education for Women all the candidates are admitted based on their academic success. In case of admission to both the B. ED and D. EL. ED programmes eligibility shall be as per the marks scored in the qualifying examination/entrance test. The college also reserves the right to use any other method of selection as provided by the Tamil Nadu state government and the affiliated University. This approach covers the key areas as a way of making sure that qualified individuals have the chance of achieving their aspirations of turning into educators.
