The college has a Library equipped with journals, periodicals, and books including facilities for reaching e-books to serve the student community. The library has a collection of 13632 books, journals, and e-Books for the benefit of the students and the faculty. Facilities for accessing online journals under Cera Consortium for e-resources are available for staff, students, and research scholars. New Library was inaugurated on 5th December 2017 (expanded with funding from the Government of Tamil Nadu) and it was constructed at a cost of 3.86 Crore. The library building is a two-floor structure with a carpet area of 16800 Sq.ft situated at the center of the campus and accessible to all. The library is open from Monday to Friday 8.15 am to 6.00 pm (Saturday 8.15 am to 2.00 pm except for 2nd Saturday) and closed on all Sundays and Government holidays. To enhance and enrich the knowledge of the students and scientists, a well-equipped modern Library is available with a total collection of 14154 textbooks, which include back volumes, reference books, etc., Necessary steps have been initiated for accessing online journals in the Cera (Consortium for e-recourse in Agriculture) of National Agricultural Innovation Programme.
The college has a department-based laboratory facility for students.
The College has a computer laboratory/center that is provided with desktop computers for educational purposes with WiFi connectivity. English language software is installed on all the computers for developing spoken English skills. All the computers are linked to the server which is kept in a separate room. This center is equipped with 15 desktops computers, printers, and high-speed internet / Wi-Fi connectivity.
The college has Playground facilities with 400 m track, basketball, volleyball, ball badminton, handball, and shuttle court, kho-kho grounds are available for the students to excel in sports and maintain their physique. Playground with track and field, two shuttle courts, one basketball court, two volleyball courts, one Kho-Kho, and one ball badminton, which is commonly shared by HC&RI (W) and ADAC, and RI.
The college has Adequate hostel facilities for girl students are available with the required amenities including separate dining halls. The students’ hostel contains 108 rooms with insect-proof windows, individual cots, wardrobes, and a study table for a comfortable stay. The hostel has a modernized kitchen and dining hall. The students are accessible with 24 hours RO drinking water facility and Wi-Fi connectivity. A common reading room, fitness center, TV hall, music instruments room, and sick room are also available. The reading room has English and Tamil dailies. An incinerator is installed for waste disposal. Visitors' lobbies with separate restrooms are available.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
The institute consists of a students’ cafeteria with a carpet area of 65m2.
The College campus consists of a health care unit with an area of 60m2. The unit is operated by a full-time medical officer, a full-time pharmacist, and an attendant. The building consists of three rooms, an outpatient room, a pharmacy & ward, and restrooms. The outpatient room is equipped with BP apparatus, weighing machine, digital thermometer, nebulizer, vaporizer, and dressing materials. The pharmacy consists of basic medicines like antipyretics, antibiotics, antispasmodics, antiulcerants, antidiarrheals, antiemetics, etc. The unit also consists of facilities for giving I.V. injections and fluids. The health care unit has issued first aid kits in all the hostels for students' emergency use.
The college has a fitness center with a multi-gym and other gym equipment in the hostel helps in ensuring the good health of the students.
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
The college has a transport facility for students and staff.
The college has a good networking for the alumni association. Our Motto is “Unite the Farm graduates under one umbrella to talk in one voice” Every educational institute has alumni as an independent functioning body why not the big agricultural fraternity should have Alumni and unite for common goals and let us forget our divergent colors and come to a common platform to raise the voice of world largest agricultural community. The TNAU alumni are not the forum to address and solve all the issues related to agriculture faced in India and all over the world. There are many national and international level institutions established to serve that purpose. The role of TNAU alumni is unique in its role in the world of agriculture. The TNAU alumni will network with its alumni and work hand in hand with various agriculture-related institutions and individuals and whenever common issues arise it will address them as one voice all together
