Rajiv Gandhi University Institute of Distance Education (IDE-RGU) at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, is a distance study center for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs under the distance learning scheme. • Submit supporting documents, commonly:
• Mark sheet and 10+2 certificate
• CUET UG score card
• Passport size photograph
• Valid ID proof
• Pay the application fee as the institute prescribes.
• Complete the filled-in application form online or as the institute instructs.

2. For postgraduate courses (MA):

• Check the eligibility criteria for the MA course you want to take.
• Visit the IDE-RGU website and download the application form for the postgraduate course.
• Fill the application form with your personal and academic information.
• Affix supporting documents, which may be:
• Bachelor's degree certificate and mark sheets
• Passport photo
• Valid identity documents
• Pay the fee for the application.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA: IDE-RGU Bachelor of Arts program is open to students who have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline. Admission is given on the marks obtained in the CUET UG exam of the student. The program is liberal in the selection of papers and is most suitable for students who desire liberal arts education with breadth through distance mode.

MA: IDE-RGU offers various Master of Arts programs, viz. MA in Hindi, English, History, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Education. The requirements for eligibility of the above tend to require a bachelor's degree in any one of the respective subjects with 50% marks as minimum requirement. Although no individual admission process for each course of MA is given, the candidates are going to be asked to submit their graduation marks and may be required to go through a selection based on merit.
