Fill out the required details such as personal information, academic details, course preference, etc. and upload the scanned copies of the relevant documents.
Pay the application fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for SC/ST/OBC candidates) through a demand draft drawn in favour of “West Bengal State Council of Technical Education” payable at Kolkata.
The candidates must submit the online application form and take a printout of it for future reference.
IOP Kalyani Diploma Course Admissions
IOP Kalyani offers a two-year diploma course in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) with an intake of 60 students. The course is approved by AICTE and affiliated to West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata.

IOP Kalyani Diploma Admission Procedure
The admission to D.Pharma course at IOP Kalyani is based on the merit of the candidates in the qualifying exam, i.e. 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
The West Bengal Health and Welfare Department will prepare a merit list of the eligible candidates based on their marks in the qualifying exam and publish it on the official website.
The candidates who are shortlisted in the merit list will be called for counselling process at IOP Kalyani or any other designated centre.
Attend the counselling session with the original documents and demand draft of application fee for verification and seat allotment.
The candidates who are allotted seats must pay the admission fee and complete the admission formalities at IOP Kalyani.
IOP Kalyani Required Documents
The candidates who are selected for admission to D.Pharma course at IOP Kalyani must produce the following documents at the time of counselling and admission:
Hard copy of online application form.

Domicile certificate issued by competent authority.
Medical fitness certificate
Eye certificate
Two self-attested copies of proof of date of birth (birth certificate or class 10th admit card)
Two self-attested copies of class 12th mark sheet or equivalent exam along with original documents.
Three stamp-sized colour photographs
Reservation certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
PwD certificate issued by central medical board at Kolkata Medical College (if applicable)
