As you have not mentioned which college application you are talking about, I'll give you a general answer for this .
Due to the pandemic there has been a lot of delay this year in admissions as well as semester exams of students .
Although ,many colleges in the past 1 month have come up with the application forms and their date of exams . Some have come up with the new pattern of home exams which will be monitored by authorities, some have not .
You just have to be updated about whichever exam you want to opt, it's respective college and the dates by going through the website REGULARLY.
